Taking control of our environment will influence our emotions and our outcomes

Taking control of our environment will influence our emotions and our outcomes. Fear is a terrible motivator. Focus on positivity and watch your outcomes change The unlearning of fear The worst decisions I’ve made in my life were fear based, they are the ones I regret the most. At some point I made the conscious decision to never do, or not do, anything, based merely on fear. To this day, whenever I make a decision, I always question myself to see if it’s coming out of reason, logic, common sense or simply, out of fear. Fear is actually an illusion; a projection of the mind based on perception. Real danger is not required for fear to kick in, just the perception of it is enough for fear to overtake your clarity, your reason, your intelligence and your capacity to discern. Through education, entertainment, media etc they control our perception, so they make sure to feed us fear for breakfast, lunch and dinner! (With some snacks of fear in between) Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of unworthiness, fear of solitude, fear of scarcity, fear of wars, fear of terrorism, fear of climate, fear of extinction, fear of viruses, fear of disease, fear of ageing and the omnipresent fear of death. Fear, fear, fear… the illusion of fear. We make choices based on the fear of an outcome that may, or may not, present itself. We live life under the illusion of a misconception of who we are; the illusion of weakness and powerlesness. And we struggle to navigate this world under the illusion of scarcity and finality. It’s time to unlearn fear so we can learn freedom. Time to unlearn compliance so we may learn responsibility. Time to unlearn enslavement so we may learn sovereignty and it’s time to unlearn the lies, so we may learn truth. Fear resides in the minds of those that live in tomorrow but it’s time we start living today, not with the fear we were taught but with the love we were born with!~Laura Aboli
